Front line managers need to be:
•They are helped by senior management so that they openly talk about any problems and participate in decision making
•Managers should be trained to help them to carry out their responsibilities.
•Have a balanced workload which will allow them time to perform management duties
•Having recruited the right person making sure they have the quality to motivate staff and deal with any issues that may arise.
and if they wish to take time off to attend church services.
